• Personal Data: If you contact us or log in via Meta/Facebook Login, we may collect basic profile information (such as your Name, Email address, and User ID) provided by Meta with your permission.
• Usage Data: We may collect information on how our website is accessed and used.

We use the collected data for various purposes:

• To provide and maintain our website and guide
• To notify you about changes to our service
• To provide customer support
• To gather analysis or valuable information so that we can improve our service

3. Cookies and Consent

We do not load any analytics or advertising script until you have agreed to it. On your first visit a banner asks; nothing runs before you answer, and you can change your answer at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of the page.

• Necessary (always on): your language choice, your chat conversation, and — if you sign in — your login. These are stored in your own browser and are needed for the site to work.
• Statistics (only after you agree): Google Analytics 4, so we can see which pages and which bikes people actually use. Provider: Google Ireland Ltd.
• Advertising (only after you agree): Google AdSense and a travel affiliate script (emrldco.com), which pay for running this website. Provider: Google Ireland Ltd. and Emerald.
• Meta Pixel (only after you agree): so we can see which of our Facebook and Instagram ads actually lead to a booking, and show our ads to people like you. It sets the cookies _fbp and _fbc. Provider: Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. If you decline, it never loads.

4. Services We Use

Some parts of the site only work because another company does the work. Here is who, and what they see:

• Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.) handles every payment. Card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers. We only ever see that a payment succeeded and the amount.
• Anthropic (Anthropic PBC, USA) runs the chat assistant. What you type in the chat is sent there so it can answer. Do not put anything in the chat that you would not want processed outside the EU.
• Netlify and Neon host the website and the database, including your booking and the contact details you gave for it.
• Google Sign-In is optional. If you use it, Google gives us your name, email address and profile picture. You can book without an account.
• Google Fonts supplies the typefaces. Your browser requests them from Google, which means Google sees your IP address.
• Push notifications are delivered by your own browser's service (Apple or Google) and only if you turn them on.
• Meta (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) receives, only if you agreed to advertising cookies, that a booking was paid and the amount — sent from our server so the number is not lost to ad blockers. It is linked to you through the two cookies above, your IP address and your browser identification. We never send Meta your name, phone number or email address.

5. How Long We Keep Things

• Bookings and the details attached to them: as long as we need them for our records and Thai bookkeeping obligations.
• Chat conversations: so that you can come back to your booking later.
• Payment records at Stripe: according to Stripe's own retention rules.
• Anything you ask us to delete: removed within 14 working days — see below.

6. Data Protection & Security

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data.
