User Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask us at any time to delete the personal data Yui's Spidernet holds about you — for example your booking details, name, phone or WhatsApp number, chat messages and, if you signed in, your Google account email.

How to Request Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your account or any user data associated with Yui's Spidernet, you can do so by following these simple steps:

  1. Send an email to: lukaskruse1999@outlook.de
  2. Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request — Yui's Spidernet"
  3. In the email body, please include your full name and the phone/WhatsApp number or Google account email you used with us, plus your booking number if you have one.

What Happens Next?

Once we receive your request, we will verify it and delete all associated personal data from our servers within 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been completely removed.

If you signed in with Google, you can also remove our access to your Google account at any time under Google Account → Third-party apps & services.
